In conversation with Yvonne St. Louis, when you own your value you see your worth and what gifts you have to share in this world. Recognizing your worth impacts the quality of the relationships you create, as an intimate partner, friend, colleague and parent. Yvonne believes that this is not about seeking external goals as much as about releasing fears, conditions and patterns. One of my teachers and mentors, Nicholas Janni teaches that from a very young age we're conditioned to live within very narrow bandwidth. This narrow bandwidth is our rational thinking mind which wants to reduce everything to certainties. It wants to control everything. It's great for creating zoom conferencing, a vaccine for Coronavirus and sending a man into space but as you know we're living in an environment where it's less and less possible to control everything.Expanding this narrow bandwidth enables you to contribute more fully with your talents, gifts, abilities and your unique brilliance all while feeling valued. However, when fear raises its head and tries to sabotage even your best and most valiant efforts, remember:Fear belongs in the here and now. It has no place in what you're trying to create.Fear is an opportunity for you to ask yourself, what strategies do I need to think about, create and implement in order to manage this fear and move beyond. Fear is actually a gift. It masks a desire. Ask yourself, what is it that I really want?Utilize the gift of your fear to take inspired action, discover your inner yearnings and longings as well as the wonderful gifts you have to give in this world. You can watch the whole 8 minute WISH ( Wisdom Share) with Yvonne St. Louis here.
