These are Challenging and Extraordinary Times

Now more than ever before, a heartfelt connection, compassion and human kindness are essential for our wellbeing. They strengthen our immune system and keep us healthy - just like coffee with a friend, a walk in nature and exercise do! They also help to ease stress and fear.

Groups offer a mutually supportive and learning environment. Together we can explore ways to navigate our new reality as well as new opportunities afforded us, whilst connecting in a time of isolation.

If you fee like you would like some support, join my upcoming workshop. We're having 6 sessions of 90 minutes each on zoom.

Bev gave an interesting talk on "Making your Dreams come True" at Modiin's new Yad Labanim. Three audience members won a "Get Clear on your Dreams" free session with Bev.

AACI Talk

Speaking to an AACI audience in Jerusalem. I loved that they shared with me how they'd never thought of their dreams as being what really mattered to them.

Bev's Workshop in Reut

Bev spent 15 sessions with a group in Reut. The topics were many and varied and the participation and learning was tremendous.

Bev's ESRA Workshop

Bev ran a successful workshop of 8 sessions for ESRA on Certainty in Times of Uncertainty. The group continues to meet as close bonds were formed even through zoom.
