Create a Reality that Excites You

You have the power to create a reality that excites you on every level. With intention, possibilities are endless and you can live a life that matters to you. Your intentions manifest with the help of your thoughts, words, and actions.

Your intention is what you want in the future, while your attention is what you can do right now to make that happen.

Simply put,intention means getting clear on what you want.

The moment you ask the question, "what would it be like to have a new job, to have a new relationship or to feel better?" your creativity kicks in.. A new clear picture is created and that's called intention.

A clear intention means specifying details about your vision, say salary, vacation days, …those are all elements that help that vision. Once you see the detailed picture, you start to live that dream. Once you start living that dream, or living your future, your brain doesn't know the difference between the mental image in your mind and the reality of what is.

Now, here's the thing. There's a deeper level to intention. For it to manifest, it needs to be combined with emotion! So now your body is living in the future at the present moment.

This means that a goal is not a place to get to, but a place to come from. You have to feel what you would feel if you'd already achieved what you want. Be empowered by already feeling love, happiness from your new job, rejuvenated and more energised by your healthier lifestyle…

Most people wait for something to happen outside of themselves to change how they're feeling inside. Don't wait. It's possible to live a dream come true life.

Deepak Chopra says, "attention energizes and intention transforms… Whatever you put your attention on will grow stronger in your life. Whatever you take your attention away from will wither, disintegrate and disappear." (Chopra, 1994)
