What does money mean to you?

What-does-money-mean-for-you_20201026-141017_1

Sometimes people say, they don't have enough money to live a life that matters to them.

When talking to Suzy Kahati, she pointed out that money means many things for people. It can mean freedom, security, stability, stress, tension, ignorance and much more. What is common to everyone for sure, is that how they feel about money manifests in their relationships.

What you learnt in your family of origin about money becomes very apparent when you begin managing your money as an adult.

You may think you should not take too many risks. You should save your money for a rainy day. You should invest your money to make more of it.

What is clear is that how people manage their money can tell you alot about how safe and trusting they feel in the world.

To quote Suzy, "It doesn't matter how much you earn, but what you do with your money that really matters."

When you decide how you wish to spend your money, you are empowered.

When you decide how you wish to live your life, you are empowered.

When you take the time to become aware of how much money you actually have, you can create strategies and plans to achieve your material goals.

The more knowledge you have, the more you are able to make informed decisions about your life. You can take complete ownership of your life and focus on what it is you wish to create and the relationships you wish to have.

What if whatever seems to go wrong in your life is actually happening to serve you? It has happened for you, not to you. It's not there to be in your path, it is actually your path.

Reaching out for support helps the path be navigated in an easier way. Compassionate listening and understanding offers a safe way in which to explore and move forward on our challenges whatever they may be and in whichever area.

What challenge in your life really helped move you forward along your path?
